THE BRAZILIAN WAY

 

Ingredients:

GREAT FOR BREAKFAST OR ANY TIME YOU FEEL LIKE ENERGIZING!

 

– 300g of Frozen Açaí Mil e Ross
– 1 medium ripe banana (or any of your favorite fruits)
– 1 tablespoon of honey (or sugar)
– Add granola or other cereal to taste

Directions:

Cut the banana in half. Reserve one half, and put the other half in a blender with the frozen pulp of Açai da Amazônia and honey/sugar. Blend the mixture just until it’s homogenous. Do not overblend, or it will heat and melt.

 

Pour the blended mixture into a large cereal bowl. Slice the remaining banana half and top the açaí with the slices. Sprinkle granola to taste over the banana slices.

Serve immediately, before your breakfast melts! Anyway, we are sure you will not wait to enjoy every simple spoon of it!
