MOUSSE

AÇAÍ MOUSSE

 

Ingredients:

– 300g of Frozen Açaí Mil e Ross
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
– 20 gr of gelatin mix or 10 gr of agar-agar
– 600g of whipped cream

Directions:

Use a blender. Dissolve the gelatin or agar-agar in the lemon juice.
Carefully add the frozen acai pulp. Mix until smooth. Add the whipped cream.

 

Pour into dessert cups and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
