– 300g of frozen Açaí Mil e Ross – ½ cup of coconut milk – ½ cup coconut water – 1 tablespoon of sugar (or honey) – 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes (decoration)
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients except the acai and the coconut flakes together until consistent. Then add the frozen pulp of acai berry, blend again until consistent. Pour into a glass and sprinkle the coconut flakes on top. Enjoy it!
