AÇAÍ AND APPLE BOWL
Ingredients:
– 300g of frozen Açaí Mil e Ross
– 1 apple, chopped
– 1 large carrot, chopped
– 1 cup of soy milk
– 1 tablespoon of hone (or sugar)
Directions:
Blend the soy milk together with the carrot and the fruit, folowed by the frozen acai berry pulp. Blend until the smoothie is creamy.
