AÇAÍ SORBET

 

Ingredients:

– 300g of Frozen Açaí Mil e Ross
– 400 grs of sweetened condensed milk
– 400 gr of whipped cream
– 3 eggs

Directions:

Blend the acai frozen pulp togehter with the egg and the condensed milk for about 8 min. Add the whipped cream. Do no blend, just hand mix.
Pour on dessert cups and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
